How can an organization be removed from the Giving Gap platform?
An organization can request to be removed from our platform at any time by emailing [email protected].
Giving Gap only proactively removes organizations whose tax-exemption status has been revoked or if there is credible evidence of causing harm to Black communities, fraud, mismanagement, or other liable offenses that are antithetical to Giving Gap's mission.
How can I update the listed information for my organization?

How will my organization be notified when donations are received?
Our partner organizations — Every.org, PayPal, and Network For Good — will send notifications when donations are made, but there may be a delay of up to 15 days.
Does Giving Gap share data about donors to the organizations on the platform?
Donor information is usually shared by our donation processing partners PayPal, Network for Good, and Every.org directly to the organization.
