Simply complete this form to submit a nonprofit for consideration on Giving Gap.

To be eligible for the Giving Gap platform, an organization must be:

1. An incorporated or fiscally-sponsored 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in good standing with the IRS.
2. Based in the United States.
3. Founded by a person or the majority of a collective of founders who identify as Black.
4. Have a mission that mobilizes positive action for Black people and communities.
5. Have an active website with an URL link for donations.

There are no fees for nonprofits to be listed on Giving Gap.

Presently, Giving Gap does not take any percentage of funds donated to organizations on the platform nor do we charge organizations to be listed.

Giving Gap is a charitable project of Philanthropic Ventures Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 94-3136771) which serves as our fiscal sponsor.

All donations directly support our mission and are tax deductible. Learn about all the ways to give.

We are always looking for great volunteers who are passionate about our mission. If you are interested in supporting our work through volunteering, please email [email protected].

An organization can request to be removed from our platform at any time by emailing [email protected].

Giving Gap only proactively removes organizations whose tax-exemption status has been revoked or if there is credible evidence of causing harm to Black communities, fraud, mismanagement, or other liable offenses that are antithetical to Giving Gap's mission.

Our partner organizations — Every.org, PayPal, and Network For Good — will send notifications when donations are made, but there may be a delay of up to 15 days.

Donor information is usually shared by our donation processing partners PayPal, Network for Good, and Every.org directly to the organization.
